What it is?

The project manager has 3 aspects to his project * Scope - Size of the project * Schedule - Completion Date of the project * Speed - Size of the team/Quality of the team Premonition X(TM) keeps track of these variables and spits out your project's probability of success. How does it do it?

The question on most people's minds is how can you possibly help me predict the completion of my project. There are a few key things we do to help with that. The first step is collecting estimates. These are estimates but statistically, there is a trend of a good relation between estimates in actuals. Some teams are consistently 20% below the actual over time and others are 20% above actual time spent. We track estimates vs. actuals on an ongoing basis to give you a better idea of how your project is progressing. One example of our prediction charts is the "Predicting Trend Chart" . Another example is our "Probability Chart". You can also view the speed trend over time with our "Speed Chart". Lastly, we roll this all up into the "Dashboard" which at a glance tells you which projects are in big trouble(red) and which ones are at risk(yellow) and finally on target in green.
